As a Labeling & CMC Manager you will
- Guide sponsors in the radiolabeling of their compounds for first-in-human studies
- Provide expertise in meetings with potential clients to explain the advantages of radiolabeling and molecular imaging for drug development
- Explore labeling strategies for the sponsor’s lead compound(s)
- Supervise the radiolabeling and CMC activities at subcontractors
- Prepare and review CMC documentation
- Work closely together with VP Molecular Imaging and the Project Teams
Ideally, you fit the following profile
- PhD in radiochemistry or radiochemistry experience
- You are familiar with GMP manufacturing of radiotracers, preferably with hands-on experience
- You understand what it takes to translate radiotracers from preclinical stage to first-in-human studies
- You can recognize commercial opportunities
- You have exceptional internal and external communication and intrapersonal skills
- You are dedicated to continuous learning
- You speak, write, and read fluently Dutch and English (must)
- Located in Nijmegen or surroundings
- Willingness to travel
Extra experience that would be useful
- Experience with C-11 and F-18 radiolabeling
- Knowledge of quality assurance of clinical grade radiotracer manufacturing
- Experience in IMPD and IB writing
- Work experience in (pre)clinical imaging studies
- A love for food and the good life
