Clinical Project Manager

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will

  • Plan and manage complex clinical trials while adhering to relevant guidelines, legislation, SOP’s and industry quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues and willing to share your knowledge in the field of clinical project management within the organization.
  • Develop study-specific documentation, including SOPs and study plans, together with the rest of the Clinical Team
  • Monitor and safeguard the progress of projects according to the predefined timelines and quality and budget key-performance indicators, using TRACERs project management system
  • Act as the first point of contact for the partners included in the projects you manage, to ensure all activities flow smoothly. This includes the sponsor/custumor, sub-contractors, and involved team members

 

Ideally, you fit the following profile

  • 1+ years of experience with managing clinical trials in the CRO industry, a pharmaceutical company or other commercial setting (e.g. as PM, Clinical Team Manager or CRA
  • Have a biomedical, biotechnological, pharmaceutical or medical background
  • Have knowledge of ICH-GCP and have proof to document this, or willing to become certified.
  • Have experience with organizing a clinical trial, including preparing the complete CTIS submission and arranging the necessary study related logistics within and outside the TRACER organization
  • You thrive in a growing organization, and don’t walk away from challenges that come with it
  • You do not ‘stop’ until things have been organized properly
  • You are effective and motivating in mobilizing the necessary expertise to execute the different projects
  • You possess a high level of responsibility, autonomy and accountability
  • You value being a part of a dedicated, energetic team, and you are enthusiastic about investing in it
  • You have analytical capabilities to define the project statuses
  • You have exceptional time management skills
  • You possess internal and external communication and intrapersonal skills
  • You are dedicated to continuous learning
  • You speak, write, and read fluently in Dutch and English
  • Located in Nijmegen or Groningen or surroundings

 

Nice to haves

  • Knowledge of fluorescent or nuclear imaging technologies, CMC, pharmacology and Quality Assurance (QA)
  • A love for food and the good life
